Come see the vibrant leaves then enjoy some hot cocoa around the fireplace. The fall season at Sandy Pines is one of our favourite times of the year and one you won't want to miss!! We also have internet for all of your wifi needs! Please discuss pets before your stay. Bath towels are not provided. Dock was removed.

Our home is situated 10 minutes from the friendly city of North Bay on the shores of beautiful Trout Lake. We have over 1600 sq. ft. of living space that has been recently renovated with high end finishes. The Airbnb is the complete ground floor just steps from the water. The hosts live on the top floor and have separate entrances. Small pets are allowed but not on the furniture and beds. We do expect that you clean up after them. There is a $20 pet fee for with the extra cleaning.

The area is known for its extensive snowmobile trails and ice-fishing adventures. Special rates for winter getaways of 6-12 weeks.

I would like to welcome you to your home away from home with all the amenities that you would expect from a +2300 sq/ft luxury cottage on Lake Bernard just outside of Sundridge. Our cottage was fully renovated in fall of 2020. This cottage has amazing views that is perfect for families and children with a sandy bottom waterfront, water sports, high speed internet, lots of parking, lots of space, private, full kitchen and laundry.

Sharing your outdoors and living free range close to the house lives 10 chickens and 21 goats. Please note there is no internet or Wi-Fi service due to limited options, however cell phone internet is available.
