Our two guesthouses are situated in a quiet location, off the road to Playa Maderas, on a hilltop among the trees. Each house is designed for two people, who may bring one or two friends or children. The proximity to the beaches of Marsella (800m), Maderas (1.3km), and Majagual (2.3km) offers plenty of leisure and relaxation opportunities. Enjoy surfing, swimming, horseback riding, or simply unwind. Shopping facilities are available. We can arrange a cheap, private rental car.

The name 'Villas Vista Masaya' means 'Houses with a view to Masaya'. These homes away from home are only 1.5 km out of Masatepe, with a supermarket and the daily market for fruit and vegetables. The house is for two persons, has stable WIFI for digital nomads. The house has a panoramic view to the crater lake of Masaya and the mountains. There are trails and there is a swimming pool. It is not possible to bring your own dogs or cats.
