This home has an open concept living area and kitchen, two spacious bedrooms with queen size beds and one bathroom stocked with all of the essentials available for you to use. You are gonna love it!

Much more than an overnight stay, this is an experience. Come to the country to get away from it all. Enjoy the great outdoors in this quaint little cabin that allows outdoor relaxing under a fully covered porch. Catch a fish, roast a s'more or pet a goat. Golf cart available for touring around. Glamping at its best. Finally had to give in to technology and add WIFI for guests (free) and added a cell phone booster as well for better outside communication when needed. Pool is now available.

🔥This cabin had a tree fall on it last May 2024 , we just finished the remodel in September of 2025. We made it bigger and better! Come take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on Lake Murvaul. It can easily be just a couples cabin or it is big enough to sleep up to 6 people. You will get to enjoy the outdoors and watch all the birds in this peaceful quiet serene. You can also fish, enjoy the firepit or sit on the swings under the porch! The Sunrise and Sunsets are breathtaking!

It’s also a restful stop on a trip or a great place to unwind. Go shopping at the quaint downtown stores or just stay in the cozy house and watch movies on the big screen. Speaking of movies, Bernie was made about a famous criminal who worked at the funeral home next door. Come explore the infamous small town!

Escape to nature in our 1 bed, 1 bath tiny home near Nacogdoches. This pet-friendly retreat provides a peaceful blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, just 9 miles from downtown and 11 miles from the SFA campus. Nestled in seclusion, relish total privacy amid nature and wildlife. The road to Nacogdoches is mainly paved except for the first mile, where you travel down a gravel county road, winding through the heart of the piney woods. Sleeps 4 with the full size futon in the den.

Murvaul Retreat

Relax with the friends and family at this stay with beautiful lake views in the evening from the back patio. Grill and sit by the gas firepit as the sun goes down over Jones Branch on Lake Murvaul. Whether you are in town for an event, work or a family function this home offers everything to make your stay enjoyable. Close access to the marina and restaurants makes it great for fishing or hunting. The covered parking is great to protect your belongings while you stay.

Rolling Hills Entire Guesthouse Breakfast included

Quiet country setting on five acres but only four miles from town. Plenty of privacy but the hosts live on property just a call or text away. The dining room table easily seats 8 for meals, playing cards/games we have available. The guesthouse has a fully equipped kitchen or use the gas grill and you can eat outside on the private patio surrounded by tall pines and watch/listen to nature. We also have a fire pit to enjoy a warm evening outdoors.

THE OAK-luxury lakefront cabin, sleeps 4

This cabin is just steps from the water on beautiful Lake Naconiche, just minutes from Nacogdoches and SFA. It features cozy bedding, heated bathroom floors, a full sized kitchen, and a living room area. Our property is gated and has a private dock with water access. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a fishing trip, this property is for you. The Lake Naconiche Park & boat ramp is about a half mile away…best spot on the lake!

Relaxing Lake House

Our cozy lakehouse is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. Enjoy kayaking, swimming, and a fun slide off the pier. Kids will have plenty of space to play, and the evenings are best around the fire pit. Unwind on the screened-in porch with a TV, take a relaxing bath, or soak up the sun in the tanning chairs while enjoying peaceful lake views. It’s the perfect spot to slow down and make memories.

Tiny home/Cottage with an Alpaca experience.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.

Cozy Little Farmhouse

This cozy little farmhouse in the pines of East Texas is an isolated, yet connected place to relax, take walks, and enjoy nature in many ways. You will have 70+ acres to explore and enjoy. The house has been totally remodeled. Our internet is now connected to Starlink. Download speeds average between 75-200 Mbps.

The Barn House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It is beautiful and peaceful. It is located on a historical street which is connected to our down town circle that is full of wonderful shops. It is located 3 minutes from the famous Texas Hall of Fame and about 1 mile from Panola College.
