This is a lovely property located in a quiet court. It backs onto the Ovens River so the views are amazing with natural bush land which is seen through the lounge room and dining room windows. If you're looking for a peaceful environment and like restaurants, cafes, hotels and shopping but still want the bush setting, this may suit you.

The Tiny House in Rutherglen is not actually that tiny, it has an outdoor deck and bath, and a super cosy bedroom. There's also another deck with a hammock where you can relax under a palm tree. The space is unique with a chilled vibe; think of a cross between Melbourne and Bali. It's a hidden oasis that is only a one-minute walk to all three pubs, wine bars, restaurants and the supermarket. It's quirky and unique and not your typical house, but I love it, and I hope you do too.
