We are not Handicap Certified but most wheelchair guests have not had issues. Grab bars are in the bathroom.

There is an outdoor dining area and grill on the deck. The house is within 45 minutes from theme parks (Disney & Universal) and beaches (Daytona/New Smyrna).

On Edgewater Drive there are restaurants, bars, and boutique shops.
