The apartment is located in a quiet cove of Lake Martin, but only a short distance to the big water for the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. Property was formerly managed by a local company we were co-hosts. We lost reviews when we became hosts. A 170’ steel and concrete pedestrian bridge takes you from the main property to the private island. The island features its own pier, floating dock, stairs for water access, boathouse with refrigerator. The entire property was completely renovated in Spring of 2023. Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.
