The property offers a sand beach with lake access for all your water activities. In addition, there are 2 refreshing pools onsite. The property offers multiple activities including volleyball court, tennis court, horseshoe pits, shuffle board, Chess, playground, BBQ grills and a fire pit to relax and enjoy S'mores at the end of the day.

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with private entrance, it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. This is a NON-SMOKING property. It's also a great central location for Enchanted Rock, Longhorn Cavern, Pedernales State Park and historic Fredericksburg. Located in the Hill Country, 1- hr west of Austin and 7 mi south of Marble Falls. Once you enter the private gate, meander down to the HH tucked away on this 200 acre privately owned property.

Come enjoy the enchanting sunsets (and sunrises for you early birds!) that this welcoming property has to offer. This 3-bed, 3-bath, 2,600 square feet home fits 11 and is the perfect place for friends, family, and pets to come together and create some unforgettable memories. Note lake water levels vary, but we prepare for this by having awesome beach activities. Our pet fee is $35 per pet. All use of amenities are at your own risk.
