You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Great Green Room offers a completely private entry, living space, and bathroom. It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Little Farm 🐔 Cozy King Bed private driveway/entry

Cozy up at Little Farm at the foothills of the Appalachians. Perfect for couples and traveling professionals, our private walkout basement has a separate driveway and entrance, king size bed and full bath. Comfy reclining loveseat and sofa, 70” HD smart TV with sound bar with Netflix and Amazon Prime, WIFI, refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker, and bistro table. Outside enjoy the Little Farm views of our flock under gorgeous Magnolia complete with fire pit and glider.

Our "Positive Place," as we call it, is filled with great welcoming energy and nestled in nature in a safe neighborhood close to everything in Gainesville. We are minutes from Lake Lanier, North East Georgia Medical Center, restaurants, shopping, prestigious local schools, and the downtown square. Also, 23 miles from the Mall of Georgia & 57 to Atlanta. If you're here visiting family, doing a school visit, attending an event, on a business trip, or vacationing, you'll enjoy our positive space.

Historic Roswell Mid-Century Modern Retreat

Short walk to Canton St. and walkable to local wedding venues. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

This wonderful cozy studio is super private, with its own entrance right on the side of the house. Plus, it comes with a full kitchen and bathroom. It’s a peaceful, private space with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a big refrigerator, a queen-size bed, a 45” smart TV, a private entrance, an outdoor deck that leads to the backyard, and parking right next to the unit. We’re just a 30-minute drive to downtown Atlanta, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the GA Aquarium, and 15 minutes to Gas South Arena.

Your floor is the lower level, 2,600 sq. feet has a private entrance with key pad, laundry, & kitchen. 3 bedrooms, sitting room, bonus rooms, 2 bathrooms. Property owners reside in upper level. Access to pool area ( May 15 - Sept. 5) a wooded back yard creek, firepit, a beautiful wooded neighborhood for leisure walks, 0.9 mile to restaurants, grocery store & gas stations. 6 miles to downtown Gainesville, GA., and within 30 minute drive to Helen, Dahlonega, hiking trails & waterfalls.

Red Gate Milton Mountain Retreat

In Alpharetta/Milton, a cozy and modern 1br/1ba/kitchen in the heart of the highly sought after equestrian Milton community. The apartment is just right for someone looking to get away for a weekend, a couple seeking to reconnect in a quiet suburban setting. There are many places to eat, shop, and experience the beauty of Milton/Alpharetta within a 15 minute radius of our location. We would love to have you as our guest. We have an available roll-away bed if needed, the cost is $10.

"Feels like your Own Home" 1 Bedroom Semi-Basement

"Feel Like Own Home". This is like semi-basement with private entry, we are renting the whole place including 1 Bedroom, Kitchen, 1 Bathroom, Living room, Stove, Fridge, Closet, TV with NETFLIX. Parking is available in the driveway. Numbered of people staying overnight must match the number of people booked for the reservation. Guest who are NOT part of the reservation are not allowed. Once you book please message me to let me know approximately what time you plan to arrive.

Milton/Alpharetta/Cumming Private Terrace Aptmt.

Our place offers cleanliness, comfort, tranquility and safety, 2,300 sq ft of open SPACE and a home away from home. Come on down, we provide a relaxing atmosphere. We are on the N Fulton/Forsyth County line, easily accessible to many event locations, parks and highways. Wonderful, safe location in a rural atmosphere subdivision for business or pleasure trips. NOTE: The accommodations are not suitable for families with young children; infants and children over 6 are welcome.

"Sawnee Mountain Hikers Hideaway"

This area is full of history from the Trail of Tears, to Sawnee Mountain. This house is located 8 minutes from Lake Sydney Lanier. There is more than a handful of local restaurants and live entertainment to keep busy. If you like to hike the mountain we encourage it. You can either leave from here approximately 500 feet up the hill, medium inclined walk up to the trail. Or if you prefer there is a couple of trailhead parks located within 2 to 3 miles with free parking.

Cozy Milton Mini-Studio with private, wooded patio

Relax and unwind in your comfortable room with a private entrance from your terrace. Enjoy your 40 inch TV from the comfy full bed. Need some room to do some work? You have nice cafe table and chairs in your room and out on your patio. Your kitchenette has a little sink, dorm fridge, microwave, hot pot, drip/Keurig coffee maker, dishes, and storage cabinets. Enjoy fluffy white towels and soft sheets. You also have an iron and ironing board.
