We live on the main level and we have a two bedroom unit (each with king beds) & two full baths on the terrace level. Full living room & kitchen. We are located on the main channel of beautiful Lake Lanier where you can fish, canoe, kayak and play in the water. We have a beautiful beach front area with picnic table, beach chairs, fire pit and dock with party deck. We are rated the #1 AirBnB in Gainesville!

As of Jan. 5, 2026 we're installing a paver patio and firepit; hm may be rented but guys are working in yard for 2 weeks. Bring your boat & family to this great place w/lots of room for fun on Lake Lanier! As of Nov.2025, our dock is out of commission until spring. Although lakefront, you can’t see the lake very well from cabin, & dock is about 200 yards from the house, down a gradually sloping wide path to get to dock/lake. Dogs welcome w/$100 fee per dog,One king bedroom is above the garage.

The home sits conveniently close to the waters edge on a flat lot making walking to and from the dock quick and easy. The dock is a spacious two story dock with an open slip and deep water access. The home sits across the bay from Lake Lanier Islands waterpark. The home rests in a protected cove with very little boat traffic.
