Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. Travel to Picturesque Cashiers or Highlands, known for their boutiques. Are internet is fast fiber optic for those who want to get away but still keep in touch.

The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Use our kayaks, canoe, and floats, or bring your boat in at the nearby launch to relax in our quiet deep water cove. The screened in porch, surrounded by large trees, is a perfect place to read a book or have a cup of coffee. Our kitchen is large and well stocked and opens up to the living room for easy socializing. Whole house has been recently remodeled and is super clean and cozy.

Jocassee Acres - 7 acre farm - boat friendly

Enjoy nature with family and friends and relax at our charming farm house sitting on 7 acres of peaceful pastures. We have been renovating this 100 year old farm house and invite you to come and enjoy the scenery. All rooms have been updated. Starlink internet available for guests. Lake Jocassee and Keowee are 2-3 miles away and provide access to boating and more. Chickens may occasionally roam the property. In case of concerns please let us know.
