The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The loft functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. The sleeping areas have separate entrances to a shared bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck, gas and wood burning fire pits, charcoal grill, Green Egg, and a hammock to hang outdoors.

Only 5 miles from Clemson's campus, this retreat is perfectly situated on almost a full acre. You’ll love the cozy feel, with lots of amenities, including a well stocked kitchen, three-season screened-in porch, & open floor plan. Nestled between Greenville and the mountains, this home is great for Clemson trips, lake adventures, close night life, restaurants, family entertainment, & more!

This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.
