We are 13 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium for Clemson football. We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping.

Located right in the heart of Anderson but nestled on a cul de sac surrounded by nature. In less than a mile you can walk or drive to downtown, Anderson University or Rocky River Nature Park. The yard is a slice of heaven and I hope you rest and enjoy it as much as I do. The apartment is the downstairs of my home but completely private with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor patio and parking area. Downtown Anderson has lots of good restaurants and shopping to enjoy while here.

Clemson Mom Apartment

Roomy 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Seneca, SC. Approximately 2.5 miles from Wal-Mart and 2 miles from Waffle House. 9 miles from Clemson football stadium. Excellent location with a short drive to restaurants, shopping, 3 24-hour gyms, and grocery stores. Located in a quiet subdivision with minimal traffic. This is the perfect spot, close to Seneca, but away from highly trafficked areas. Great for a working adult and quiet enough during the day for someone working third shift to sleep.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Just 5 minutes to Lake Hartwell and 20 minutes to Clemson University. We are a sports family that now has become empty nesters. Come enjoy our basement with private entrance from outside. Enjoy Bar, ping pong, shuffle board, darts and a great retro arcade game with all the 80’s classics!! Step outside and enjoy the deck with TV and fire pit. If staying during summer enjoy the pool. Huge covered porch with wood-burning fireplace. Secluded, yet only 10 minutes from SC I-85 (Exit 2 or 4) on the SC/GA border.

Countryside apartment near Appalachian foothills

This cozy home away from home is a completely private apartment located in the Upstate South Carolina. The private 2 bedroom apartment has its own entrance separated completely from the main home. There is also covered parking available for the guests. Caesars Head and Table Rock are only 20 min away. A lovely golf course is located right around the corner, 4 min. away. Local residents within one hours drive from the property will not be considered.

Lakeside Getaway

Fishing tournaments, College games or just relaxing in this cozy farm style retreat on Lake Hartwell. Private and secure parking for a fishing boat/trailer and close to both Clemson and Anderson University. Ideal for both summer and winter enjoyment. The dock is in a secluded deep-water cove, for swimming, fishing or using the kayaks (2) or SUP. We also have room if you choose to bring your own boat. We look forward to your stay with us.
