From morning breakfast on the deck, afternoon swimming off the docks to roasting smores at the fire pit, and star gazing on the boat house. This is our escape that we wish to share with you. Humble, simple living with 180-degree lake views. The biggest decision you will have to make is "do we go to bed early to get up and enjoy the water or star gaze all night? Not an event property

Not only do you have the beautiful lake, but Buck mountain trail head is across the street! 25 minutes from West MNT, 30 minutes to Saratoga, lake george winter carnival and much more! Gorgeous lake front views with 100 feet of frontage. The main house & yard is no longer under any construction! You have access to the lake front yard and dock. Lilly pad, kayaks, paddle board available. NO SMOKERS!

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

Amazing mountain and lake views from every window. 50' of direct water access with small sandy beach, outdoor firepit and grill, and multiple hang out spots. The cottage is newly built and furnished, has an indoor fireplace, central AC, fully stocked kitchen, and screened in room overlooking the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Be assured everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
