A quaint 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home on approximately 1 half acre. The living room has a Sleeper Sofa. Close to the Village Of Lake George & Queensbury. A place to escape to nature. Relax around the fire pit while grilling up some food on the gas grill. Have fun playing horseshoes and cornhole while enjoying the privacy of your own backyard. Plenty of parking on the property. We also have a backup Generator so you don't have to worry about losing power.

1700 sq ft, 2+ bedroom, 1 bath waterfront lower-level space with outstanding western sunsets. Dock seasonally May-Sept, guests can bring personal boat. Kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard on-site. 10 minutes from Lake George and Six Flags Great Escape and 20 minutes from Saratoga. Beautiful patio and firepit. Space is private lower level of home, with private entrance. Outdoor space is shared. There may or may not be guests in the upper unit.

Glen, one of 5 cottages at Cozy Nook, is a beautifully re-imagined cottage in the heart of Lake George with raised ceilings and a fresh interior design. Two bedrooms with a queen bed and two twin beds. Linens and towels will NOT be provided. Kitchenette includes cook top, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker and toaster oven. Steps outside your door is your own fire pit, table and gas grill or just sit on your cozy porch and relax.
