Our lake house is located on a corner lot in a neighborhood setting. It is a three bedroom one bath home that is completely remodeled. The lower basement makes the house sit high off the ground which makes the home feel as though you are in a tree house. There are 35 mature trees on the property. The 2nd floor entrance to the home is accessible via a gently sloped ramp on the side of the house. The front and side of this home has a large elevated deck that is perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

Enjoy Lake Eufaula and all it has to offer! Our lake house is only a few blocks from the shores and beach of the lake. Boat ramps nearby. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, on a spacious lot, full of majestic pine trees. Deer, foxes, squirrels, and birds are frequent visitors. Quick, easy access to a main highway, groceries, gas and restaurants. Enjoy a walk or bike rides around the neighborhood. Or take your watercraft for a fun filled day on the lake. Many attractions are only minutes away.

There are two separate TVs so there’s no fighting over who gets to watch what.

Cozy home on Lake Eufaula. Just 5 miles off of I-40 and 7 miles from Hwy 69. At the doorstep of Lake Eufaula State Park and Marina. Neighborhood boat ramp is 1/2 mile from the house. Bring your lake toys with covered parking for multiple vehicles and boats. Two secured garages with electric for charging. One can fit an 18 foot bass boat or bigger (see pictures) and the second can fit smaller boats and jet skis. In addition we are 14 miles to Eufaula Cove Marina.
