It is in a beautiful area with a quiet neighbourhood, located near various schools; Carrefour, Bois-Joli, Ian Forsyth, etc. and many restaurants; Mic Mac Tavern, Monty’s, etc. It is comfortable, spacious and and lots of upgrades It is equipped with new appliances such as a keirig, toaster, washer & Dryer. Cozy Cottage on South Shore. 30 min from Halifax!

A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. Cute Cozy Excellent Location DT Dartmouth

It’s a bit of an awkward space, but it’s got lots of character. Used to be a bank many years ago, then a music studio, now the main floor is split into two separate spaces, the front is an office space and the back is this two bedroom apartment! There’s still a giant safe in one of the bedrooms from when it was a bank (do not try to go in the safe). It’s a good home base for your travels, being in such a great central downtown Dartmouth location and close to Downtown Halifax.
