There are several accessible transportation options nearby including the WMATA metro, Shuttle-UM, Anacostia Trail System, and e-scooters. We also have bikes available for guest use. Our neighborhood features a park with game courts, exercise equipment, and a playground.

Your stay will be in the basement apartment of our home, with your own private entrance from the back of the house and down the exterior stairwell. The apartment includes one bedroom, a full kitchen, walk in closet with washer and dryer, one full and one half bath, and lots of space for relaxing or playing, depending on whatever you need while you're in town. We are .7 miles from UMD's SECU stadium - an easy walk to events.

Shopping, restaurants, the Beltway and outdoor recreation are minutes away. Guest has use of patio with table and chairs and a large back yard to sit and enjoy in good weather.
