It is fully equipped, spacious and bright. It was renovated and restored to its original design while integrating modern amenities (all bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with AC). It is furnished and designed with simple, minimal custom pieces following the less is more philosophy.

Located right on the beach at Ocean Park, one of the hottest areas in San Juan. Our recently renovated rooms are perfect for couples. They are equipped with smart TV, mini-fridges, private bathrooms with showers, safe deposit box, ceiling fan, and free wifi. Maid service is provided daily. Also, beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Our “Interior Queen” rooms are perfect for the person or couple who want to be in the middle of it all in Condado and need just the right amount of space. Interior rooms do not have windows. These rooms are located on the first floor designed beautifully in a modern yet peaceful and warm style with special touches that give you everything you need to feel right at home.
