A quaint three bedroom, two bath modular home on almost 2 acres. Lots of room to roam and surrounded by country side. The house is 15 miles from Pine Mountain, 8 miles from West Point/Lanett/Valley &10 miles from Lagrange. **not in a city must drive. Enjoy an open floor plan and a big front yard. Mistical cabin in the woods near Callaway!

A short drive to Callaway Gardens & Roosevelt Park. Few people even know it exists except the owners whose family has occupied this land since 1835 . An hour South of Atlanta, the cabin is not primitive, it has all the modern convenience sitting on a 20 ac tract with bigger tracts of land adjoining. I have a five person sleep accommodation but if you are a larger family I can make an allowance. It is a very safe area and we are available if you need us.

It was built in 1933 on the grounds of the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation within walking distance of Roosevelt's Little White House. This park like property is bordered in the back by the FDR state park. You are two minutes from downtown Warm Springs, but given total privacy on this unique property that is ADA compliant on the first floor of the home.
