The guesthouse Ludwig is unique for its location. The name itself came from our address as we are located at Ludwig Mlokosevichi #1. Ludwig Mlokosevichi was the Polish scientist, who initiated the founding of Lagodekhi protected areas, our treasure and pride. Because of this we decided to call the guesthouse Ludwig. There is Lagodekhi protected areas in a 100 meters walking distance. We try to make guest feel like a local, offer homemade breakfast and he dinner, joyful piano evenings.

Beautiful traditional brick house on a quiet hillside lane near the center of Sighnaghi with a gorgeous view of the Southern Caucasus mountains & the Alazani valley. Self-sufficient apartment with kitchen, modern bathroom with washing machine, and 2 bedrooms—one with a queen sized bed and a smaller room with a bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and single on the top. You also have access to a spacious unheated open-plan upper floor with 2 additional single beds. Internet.

Hello there, House is typical Georgian with modern elements, there are two floors. On the first floor there are kitchen and space for wine making - Marani. yard is quiet big as well. I spent my childhood here and after that i always came back at summer time. I stated gardening, growing potatoes, goats, turkeys and more future plans. You will experience village life of Kakheti, you will tour around here as well and discover Georgian traditional lifestyle.

This house has everything you need: big bed, work desk, huge terrace with a gorgeous mountain view, small bath and toilet. On our 12 hectares of land you can find people to talk to, trees to climb, rivers to swim, fields to dance, mountains to see. Communal house is available 24/7 with free tea and coffee. 3 meals a day from our organic farm for extra price. Place belongs to an international community that is open for new members.
