Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

I welcome people of all backgrounds into my 2 bedroom 2 bath home in South Boulder. The guest space is the entire first floor. I use the guest floor as a gallery for my art work, and I hope you will come and enjoy it. There are a lot of comfortable spaces to hang out, with an eclectic array of furniture. It's 15 minutes to Boulder by car and 30 minutes to Denver.

Cute and cozy home close to everything! Located in Denver with easy access to all the major highways - Excellent location for snowboarders/skiers. Private 2 bedroom 1 bath lower unit with separate entrance and full kitchen! We live upstairs in the upper unit and share the backyard. Free street parking. Shared home - we live upstairs. However, the lower unit is completely private and has it’s own entrance - backyard is shared.

Blue Spruce Cottage is 2 doors away from a beautiful and serene park and only a bike/short hike from adorable Old Town Lafayette (great restaurants and shopping) as well as Lake Waneka (with gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountains). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Plus I just added a brand new hot tub! You will love my home and it’s in a very safe neighborhood!
