Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. Bonjour, je vous accueille dans mon petit paradis derrière la dune, l'idéal afin de passer ses vacances au son de l'Océan. L'appartement de 49m2 est composé de 2 chambres(grand chambre vue les jardin, et petit chambre aménagé ), d'un séjour agréable, d'une terrasse abritée et d'un terasse clos en bois. 4 occupantes Pet Friendly 🐕 mais ! 1 seul La foret et la plage sont à moins de 5 minutes à pied et 1 minute à vélo. La Pointe, quartier recherché au sud de Capbreton, pour son calme, sa proximité avec la nature, sans être isolé ou éloigné des commodités. Le compromis idéal pour des vacances tranquilles et dépaysantes.

C'est la location de vacances idéale pour laisser la voiture le temps de vacances et tout faire à vélo ou à pied! A noter: notre maison se situe juste à côté des bungalows.

La cabane est composée d'une chambre à l'étage avec un lit, en bas une pièce qui donne sur une terrasse qui vous permet de plein pied d'accéder à votre bain nordique. La douche est à l'extérieur, sous un tipi de bambou. Panier repas (30€ p/p) ou planche charcuterie fromage (24€) possibles le soir (commande 48h à l’avance)
