Estamos a 100 metros del pueblo, con un ambiente donde se respira paz y tranquilidad. En el jardín de delante tiene algunos arboles, huerta y un laberinto con 700 cipreses. Detrás tiene la terraza donde contemplará las vistas de la montaña del Cavall Verd, donde desayunar será un espectáculo.

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen, a sitting room, and a nice terrace with a dining table and sofa. This wonderfully tranquil apartment sleeps 4. This property is our home - we live here (in apartments on the next floor) all the time. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with respect.
