It's part of a two unit complex with its own back yard, refrigerated AC, and washer/dryer.

The location is so advantageous to all of what Tucson’s downtown area has to offer: coffee shops, breakfast joints, restaurants, bars, music venues, art, etc. The unit is one half of a duplex which was built sometime around 1905. The original shotgun apartment has been beautifully revitalized with Mexican tile that accentuates its charming character and acacia wood floors that help blend the old with the new.

This cozy 250 sq ft studio apartment, with dedicated one-car garage space, is located in a quiet neighborhood near the Huachuca mountains. The space is on the second story above the garage of a single-family home. Its charming size is perfect for individuals and couples. The shower and bathroom are small (may be uncomfortable for people over 6 feet). Works well for military, contractors, traveling nurses, and bird watchers. Includes everything needed for a short or long-term stay.
