Great location. This amazing second floor unit is located just 400 steps to La Jolla Shores Beach. You will love the location as well as the wonderful exclusive oversized private outdoor space. Steps to shops and great restaurants, you won't even need your car. Window AC in the living room and portable AC in both bedrooms. There is $250 pet fee. There is one assigned parking space. Parking spots got expanded 2 years ago to accomodate most cars. Measurements: W-106 and H-83 inches

The house was built in the early 1920’s by a woman who did missionary work in Asia and was fascinated by the architecture.
