It is a very green area, in the middle of a pine forest and full of palm trees, next to the Delta de Llobreagat natural park, providing a quiet beach environment. Yet close to the city center. Relaxa't i desconnecta envoltat de natura en aquest allotjament tranquil i elegant a Santa Coloma de Cervelló. Està a 5 minuts a peu de la Colònia Güell (Cripta Gaudí) i a 15 o 20 minuts en ferrocarril o cotxe de Barcelona, de la Fira, de la platja, de l'aeroport... L'aparcament és fàcil i gratuït al carrer. Es tracta d'una planta baixa d'un edifici (amb ascensor) dins d'una zona ajardinada. El pis és molt confortable, té una terrassa de 28 m2, un pati interior de 8 m2 i està totalment equipat.

Podrás disfrutar del espacio exterior para descansar así como de la piscina de uso privado durante la estancia. (Pero hay un poco de visiblidad exterior) Estacionamiento gratuito en el interior de la finca. La vivienda esta situada a 15 minutos de Barcelona y a pocos kilómetros de playas y otros centros.
