Este es tu apartamento: ascensor con entrada directa. Elegante, con suelos y mobiliario exclusivos, luz natural todo el día y recién renovado, cuenta con dos habitaciones dobles, espaciosas y con vistas al mar, dos baños completos en mármol blanco y una cocina de diseño totalmente equipada junto a un precioso salón con balcón al mar con espectaculares vistas al mediterráneo. El apartamento consta de 3 balcones más y cuenta con caja de seguridad, cámaras de vigilancia, puertas de seguridad, detector de intrusos y detectores de humo conectados con la oficina central las 24 horas del día. Imagínate nadando, haciendo un curso de paddle surf, jugando con tus hijos en la arena, haciendo running a orillas del mediterráneo o sencillamente disfrutando de la variada oferta gastronómica del barrio. La seguridad el apartamento está equipado con caja de seguridad para guardar tus objetos de valor. Hay cámaras de vigilancia, puertas de seguridad, detector de intrusos y detectores de humo conectados con la oficina central las 24 horas del día. 🏠 Normas del apartamento te damos la bienvenida y te pedimos respetar el descanso de los vecinos: evita ruidos fuertes, portazos y fiestas, especialmente después de las 22:00. No está permitido alojar más personas de las indicadas en la reserva; si se incumplen las normas, podrías ser desalojado sin reembolso. 🔑 Llaves y check-out si sales antes, deja las llaves sobre la mesa y cierra la puerta al salir. Recuerda cerrar siempre con llave. Si pierdes las llaves, habrá un coste de 50 €. 🚭 No fumar está prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento; por favor, sal a la calle si necesitas hacerlo. 🌍 Ahorro energético te pedimos apagar luces y aire acondicionado al salir para evitar desperdicio de energía. 🧺 Servicios extra podemos ofrecer limpieza o ropa de cama adicional si lo solicitas al reservar. 💰 Tasa turística el gobierno aplica una tasa de 10.45€ por persona (mayores de 16 años) y noche, hasta 7 noches, obligatoria para acceder al apartamento. ⏰ Check-in la entrada es de 15:00 a 20:00. You wake up to birds, rather than the noise of motos. Stylishly decorated, you can enjoy two private terraces, one with morning sun and the other with sunset views, with BRAND NEW TERRACE FURNITURE. The loft has been restored with attention and care, exposed wood beams and red brick walls feature prominently. Bathroom is a de-constructed concept with a huge shower space, open wash basin and water closet. It is complete with towels, shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryer. Bed is 150 x 190 and situated in the main chamber. Full kitchen is available, with enough seating to choose where you want to eat. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, including fridge freezer, oven, vitro-ceramic stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. THE APT. INCLUDES: Hot/cold AC, Samsung Smart TV with USB ports/HDMI cable, WIFI internet, ironing equipment, AEG washing machine dryer combo. For guests staying 28 days or more, we provide clean bed sheets and towels once a week and we offer weekly cleaning for discounted price. Also has living room and two bedrooms. With balcony over port vell very bright. A room with two beds and one room with bunk beds. La Barceloneta is an old neighborhood with many restaurants and oescadores beach, is the fashionable area of Barcelona. - - - precioso apartamento en Barceloneta en el centro de barcelona al lado de la playa frente a Port Vell en una zona muy centrica cerca de ramblas barrio gotico y el borne. Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.

The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

The apartment mesures 35 m2 and is situated in the 3rd floor of a typical building from the area, with no elevator. It has 1 double bedroom (1.40x2.00 size bed), a living provided by a sofa-bed (1.20 x 1.80 size bed) , a table area, tv, a full equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a little balcony. Towels, sheets and blankets are provided.
