Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

You're only 2 minutes walk from one of New Zealand's most beautiful beaches and a 15 minute drive from central Dunedin. Three Bedrooms with 2 Queen Beds and 2 Singles. Two full Bathrooms, both with walk-in showers We are pet friendly and the property is well fenced so your dog will be safe to roam around the lawn.

Kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster, electric benchtop cooker & airfryer. Ensuite bedroom has queen bed and cot. The spacious lounge/dining room has 2 fold-out double sofabeds. Ideal for a peaceful overnight stop or short break. 35-40 minutes from Dunedin via Brighton, 25-30 minutes over the hill from Dunedin airport.

Your perfect home away from home. 15 mins to the Dunedin CBD, 20 mins to the airport and 5 mins to the Green Island supermarket, Cafe’s and amenities. 5 mins in the other direction is the popular Brighton Café and convenience store. Brighton also boasts a wonderful, safe swimming and surfing beach.

Sit out on one of the two decks and enjoy a glass of wine taking in the stunning view down the Catlins estuary and out to Owaka heads. Stay in a tree house, nestled among the native trees and birds, with your own private deck, views looking over the taieri mouth river and ocean and straight to Moturata Island which is a distinctive landmark and can be walked to at low-tide. the Studio is heated by heat pump, double glazing, very cosy warm space. access to property does have a steep driveway but the view is worth it.
