Not suitable for elderly & kids as staircase quite steep. 5mins walking distance to shops, restaurants, Alliance Bank, KFC, market, petrol kiosk, bus stop & taxi stand. About 10mins drive to Kinabalu National Park, Desa Cattle Farm, Alpaca Farm, Sosodikon Hill, ATV ride and many more. Kitchen not fully equipped.

You’ll love my place because of the coziness and the big space in the guesthouse . My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups with car parking facilitiy available.
