Purangi Golf Course 500 meters away. To explore the Purangi River Estuary in a kayak you can launch directly from the property.

The 2 bedrooms and downstairs area of the house is for your use only, you will have sole use to enter the front and rear sliding doors. This 2 bedroom house was completed in 2017 and can accommodate up to 6 adults - there are 2 Queen beds and a fold out couch. It has a large deck with outdoor furniture and sea views. Located on a beautiful 1 acre property above Kuaotunu Village which is only 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, local pizzeria, cafe and shop.
