Lage: ruhig, 2 Parkplätze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahen Hermagor, Wanderwege vor dem Haus oder auf den umliegenden Almen, Presseggersee oder die Talstation Nassfeld in 10 Minuten und der Weißensee in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsziele, Skigebiete, Tourenskirouten, Wanderrouten, Klettersteige, Radwege, Schluchten und vieles mehr.
