In den Sommermonaten steht ein Pool zur Verfügung und das gesamte Jahr ist ausreichend Platz zum Spielen und Toben oder einfach nur zum Ausruhen, Entspannen und Abschalten. Die Unterkunft ist 2023 saniert und renoviert worden, Ausstattung neu und sauber. Zusätzlicher Lagerraum für Langzeitgäste verfügbar.

This two bedroom apartment is located on the beach in of the most beautiful buildings in Golden Sands. The place is equipped for a great holiday on the Black Sea. It has two bedrooms with king size beds, a sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 kids, fully equipped kitchen with a complimentary coffee for the coffee machine. There are 2 bathrooms with toiletries for your convenience and towels for the beach in case you forgot yours at home. The beach is 50 meters across the pedestrian street.

Situată în 2 Mai pe strada principală, cu acces direct către plajă, casa este renovată recent. Este compusa din doua dormitoare mari cu pat dublu, un dormitor mai mic pentru copii, două băi, chicinetă (plita cu inductie, prajitor de paine, vesela etc.), terasa si curte. Pereții sunt din piatră, ceea ce face ca temperatura să fie foarte placuta in orice moment al zilei. Acest corp de casă face parte dintr-o proprietate mai mare, cu încă două spații asemănătoare. Ideală pentru familii.

You will love my place because it is a lovely cozy villa with amaizing sea view , deep heated pool and jakuzzi,sauna,green yard,beautiful garden ,outdoor children playground,BBQ zone with furniture!There are Italian style kitchen (espresso-machine,fridge-freezer,toaster,kettles,microwave,oven/hobs ,washing machine, dishwasher est), high ceilings,super kings size beds and bedrooms,airconditions,French style windows. My place is wonderful for couples, families (with kids), groups.
