Discover Istria - renovated stone house

Casa Nona Roza was built by our family members in the early 20th century and it was a home of our grandparents. It was completely renovated in 2017, keeping in mind keeping the spirit of old times, combining Istrian tradition with all the elements of modern life. What makes it special is the use of traditional material: massive stone walls, wooden floors, wrought iron fence. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in a single with air-conditioning , large bathroom and games room (darts, soccer table, bike room). On the second floor there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds are air conditioning. One of them has the TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of heating for cold days. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom. What dominates the garden is a large meadow with a centennial tree under which in the afternoon you can be in the shade. In the back of the house there is a well built in 1920. Inside the building there are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The whole property is surrounded by old walls.

Casa Oleander in Poljaki

In Poljaki in der Nähe von Barban befindet sich die ruhige Villa Casa Oleander - ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus auf 2 Etagen. Im EG befindet sich ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, ein Essplatz, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein WC . Im OG befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne und WC. Im Außenbereich ist eine überdachte Terrasse mit Essplatz, Grill und Loungebereich sowie der beheizbare Pool und eine Solardusche. Das uneinsehbare Grundstück wird durch eine Mauer eingegrenzt.

Casa Luce izolirana je kućica s privatnim dvorištem i bazenom. Opustite se daleko od žamora i znatiželjnih očiju u centru Istre. Uživajte u miru i tišini, okruženi prirodom i zelenilom. Kuća je smještena u selu Karnevali, najbliži grad Žminj udaljen je manje od 10 minuta vožnje, dok će vam do najbliže plaže trebati oko 30 minuta autom. Ujutro će vas buditi kukurikanje pijetla, a tijekom dana možete sresti koze, krave i magarce koji će vas pozdraviti s druge strane ograde.

Holiday house Maya Marie is located in the small, quiet village of Bokordići.This cute and modern house is ideal for families with or without children. The most interesting cities and destinations are about 20 minutes away by car. At your disposal is a swimming pool where you can cool off in the summer months and an outdoor gas grill and a place to hang out and enjoy a glass of good Istrian wine The pool is heated in the pre-season from April, May, post-season September

Rabac Bombon apartment

Time to dream above the sea. An apartment on the top floor of a family house, with spectacular view, and I do mean spectacular views of the sea, the bay and also of the Old City Labin. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Charming little house "Belveder "

Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. Terasa ima drveni stol s klupama te velikim kaminom na drva. Besplatno parkirno mjesto je osigurano. Besplatan WiFi. Dobrodošli!

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
