We are ideally positioned 15 mins equidistant from the Town Centre & Old Harbour whilst still a stones throw away from beautiful Garifalo beach & Paradise Beach. Please note all guests will be required as per Greek law to provide full name, full address, passport or ID number & AFM number (for Greek nationals) immediately upon booking (same as hotel) so we can declare our income in Greece.

Elia Cottage in Spetses

Stone-built cottage in lavish garden, in the heart of Spetses Town. A small house (58 sq.m) with all the amenities of a large one.Always childrens' favourite cottage, because of its coziness and its resemblance to "the little house in the prairie". It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine with two single mattresses, a dinning area with a rustic fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The closest beach and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk, however, as the property is located on a hill above the town, (with the last part being a short, steep climb), some may want to rent a motorbike.

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.
