Wake up to the Lake breeze in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath beautiful and spacious lake house steps away from your private dock all to your self in Coldspring on Lake Livingston! (Unfortunately no watercraft is allowed on or near the dock due to HOA rules) The house features a huge living room for guests to unwind after a day in the lake and a beautiful lake view deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise in the morning . Home is located in nice, quiet subdivision south of Livingston.

Whether you are visiting Orange for work or play, the Bayou Bungalow is the perfect place to stay! This brand new cabin has 1 bedroom with a queen size Casper bed, plus a full size sofa bed in the living room. You'll find a huge walk in shower in the bathroom. The kitchen has full size stainless steel appliances as well as pots, dishes, coffee maker, etc. all the comforts of home! It even has a washer and dryer! New mini splits and tankless water heater keep you comfy during your visit.

Just Chillin by the Lake

Relax and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful private lake with lakefront cabin. Full kitchen, with complimentary coffee and tea, queen bed, private full bathroom. A large, covered porch. Fire pit and charcoal grill are provided as well as a Kayak and paddle boat for your enjoyment. Kayak, fish, or swim or just chill on private pier. Check in 3:00 pm - Check out 11:00 am. The Cottage

No cleaning fees!!!! Private 350 sq ft cottage on a shared 1.3-acre property with its own entrance and private side yard featuring a fire pit. Vaulted ceiling gives it an open, villa-style feel. Walk to downtown Livingston shops and restaurants. Clean, simple, and thoughtfully prepared — ideal for solo travelers or couples who appreciate charm over luxury. Family lives onsite in the main home. You may hear normal activity, and our border collie Loki may say hello.

The Longhorn Guest Cabin

This is a newly renovated guest cabin located on a 70 acre ranch with access to walking trails, the Theuvinin creek for fishing and three miles from the start of the National Park Service Turkey Creek trail and the Pitcher Plant Trail. During summer months the park service has night hikes, canoeing, star gazing and free fishing days. Microwave oven available. Cabin accommodates 4 guest with a minimum of a four night stay. Cabin is nonsmoking.
