The cosy living room is separated from the bedroom by a handmade wooden stair that assures a romantic stay in the attic of the house! There is also a small patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, an oven/range, a microwave, a toaster, espresso machine, water boiler, plates, utensils etc. The bathroom has a shower, wc, sink and a large, well lit mirror. There is also a hair dryer and an iron+ironing board There is high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix. Bed linen, towels and soaps are provided. Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator. I am always available to my guests - by phone or via internet, and will greet you whenever possible. When I am not available I will make sure you have always someone to refer to for any information. The past meets the present in Koukaki. Sip local wine under the shadow of the Acropolis and relive the glory of antiquity a stroll away from the front door. The best way to explore is on foot. If you want to save some time you can use the metro. Both of the nearest stops are on the Red line - Syngrou Fix ( 4 min walk) or just a bit further, Acropolis (8 min walk). Parking is free on the streets around, apart from spaces marked with blue paint on the tarmac with post-signs “ For residents only”.
