Every floor have big balconies all around each apartment and also one big terrace with a pool, garden, gym + parking. Enjoy the heated infinity pool, relaxing garden and the terraces with wonderful views. Located close to nature, sea/beach, airport and nearby city center.

This charming 200 years old stone house of typical Mediterranean style is located in the center of Prčanj, a small and picturesque village with rich maritime history and tradition. The villa is close to the beach and just 15 minutes drive from Kotor Old Town. Nearby you can find a grocery store/mini market, restaurants, coffee bars, bakery, post office, etc. On the walking distance from the house, there are five restaurants at the seaside offering traditional Mediterranean menu.
