Lähikaupunkien kohteisiin ajaa noin Helsinki 1.5 h, Kotka 45 min, Hamina 45 min, Lahti 1 h 10 min, Loviisa 40 min. Kouvolan keskustaan 40 min.

Modern and unique riverside villa in Kotka on the bank of the river Kymijoki. You will enjoy the amazing scenery by the river Kymijoki, only a 1.5-hour drive from Helsinki! The main house has sleeping capacity for four people. In addition, a separate heated garage with a granary for 2 people. Great outdoor activities, kayaking and fishing! The nearest shops are about 12 km away. The yard of the cottage can be reached by car all year round. No smoking and no pets indoors.

Tyylikäs uudenveroinen saunallinen kaksio meren rannalla keskustan tuntumassa, jossa on nukkumapaikat neljälle hengelle. Kaksion lasitettu parveke ja makuuhuoneen ikkunat ovat suoraan merelle päin, joten parempia näkymiä näiltä seuduilta on vaikea löytää. Lisäksi huoneistoon kuuluu autokatospaikka, joten autolla saapuminen ja pysäköinti majoittumisen aikana on vaivatonta. Sopii hyvin pariskunnille ja pidempiaikaiseen majoitukseen. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet sisältyy hintaan.

Fourth floor quiet and peaceful apartment with elevator. 60 m2. 2 bedroom, livingroom, own sauna. House is built 1939 so marks of living can be found. Windows inner yard and the sun dont shine and heat. Bed linen, towels, toilet paper includes. Smart TV, PS3, Xbox one. No WiFi. Shops, restaurants, concert hall, church near. Also Sapokka park where you can take a boat to islands. I don't charge a separate cleaning fee, so I hope the apartment remains clean.

The cottage is designed for small families and for small peaceful meetings. it is equipped with all amenities and it is suitable for year-round holidays. Rantakari cottage is located next to our main building right by the sea and there are large terraces and a private swimming dock in front of the cottage.
