Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Ispred kuće se nalazi bazen, oprema za roštilj, lounge garniture, ograđeni dio za djecu, privatni parking te prostor za objed. Lokacija Ville pruža privatnost i oazu mira, a ujedno u blizini ima sve sadržaje potrebne za život. Od Splita je udaljena samo 27km (20-25 minuta vožnje), a od zračne luke 39km.

Villa Iva

Villa Iva is a private holiday home located in a peaceful rural setting in Trilj. The property consists of two fully equipped apartments on the second floor, rented together to one group only, ensuring privacy and exclusive use of the pool and guest facilities. There is one additional apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance used by the owners. Access to the upper floor is via a shared staircase. The owners do not use the pool or any guest facilities.
