Oak House****, Kostrena-holiday home(61m^2)

Warm holiday home in small quiet village Kostrena. Kostrena is famous of its history of capitans and sailors. Therefor, our house was home to many generations of seaman through 300 years of its existence but is fully renovated. Fully equiped kitchen, living room with sofa that can be converted into bed for 2 persons (135×200cm), diningroom. On the second floor there is 1 full bathroom and 2 bedroms. One bedroom with bed for one person (90×200cm) and other with bed for 2 persons (160×200cm).

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Prekrasna, šarmantna vila QUARNARO u Omišlju na otoku Krku za 4–6 osoba. Kuća ima dvije spavaće sobe i dvije kupaonice s tušem. Kauč na razvlačenje u dnevnom boravku služi kao dodatni ležaj. Vanjski prostor s grijanim bazenom, terasom i roštiljem savršeno je mjesto za uživanje u toplim ljetnim danima. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli. Osigurano je privatno parkirno mjesto.

Studio In a Stone House With Garden

Ideal for young people who do not want to spend a lot of money for accomodation an are not too demanding. Due to thick stone walls, the studio is always fresh. You will enjoy the view from the garden situated next to the house, 20 meters from the studio. Door windows, not classical windows, might be an issue for some people, if so, book another property of mine.
