Esikust pääseb elutuppa, mis on läbikäidav ja edasi pääseb magamistuppa. Elutoas on lahtikäiv diivan, magamistoas voodi. Õues kõik grillimiseks vajalik olemas. Hinna sisse kuulub spordisaali kasutamine 1h (aeg eelnevalt kokku leppida). Õuetegevusteks on kasutusel välistaadion ja korvpalliplats. Autokaravani parkla.

Korteris on wifi ja TV Elisa Elamus paketiga. Maja asub vaid 100m kaugusel bussipeatusest ja restoranist Tareke ning 2km kaugusel Kose keskusest kuhu viib mugav kergliiklustee.
