The property is situated on the ground floor of a family house. It consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, sauna with relaxarium, openair lounge and terrace. At your disposal you have a garden (300 m2) with an outdoor shower and a carparking. The town centre is only an 8 minutes walk away. There is a 5 KM recreative walking path through the forest close by. Those who stay on the terrace can enjoy a stunning view of Opatija, Rijeka and the beautiful Adriatic sea.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 people. It has 1 bedroom, a kitchen/dining area/sleeping area, a bathroom, and a balcony. The kitchen is supplied with basic cutlery, plus a kettle and a microwave. There is a big TV situated on the wall of the bedroom, and a wardrobe containing extra sheets, blankets and pillows. The bathroom is supplied with all the basic toiletry. There is AC. Our apartment is 1km away from Rastoke, 30km away from Plitvice lakes, and 6min of walk to the center of the town.

Kvalitetno je namješten i ukrašen drvenim detaljima. Nudi besplatan Wi-Fi, A/C, SAT-Tv, centralno grijanje. Besplatno parkiralište ja ispred objekta koji je okružen okućnicom s stolom za druženje. Uz objekt je ostakljena blagovaona gdje možete doručkovati uz nadoplatu. Restorani i trgovine su na kratkoj pješačkoj udaljenosti.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Bazen u upotrebi: 15.05.-30.09. Grijana voda. Parking na parceli pored kuće, uvijek raspoloživ i bez naknade. Punjenje električnog automobila moguće (uz doplatu).
