Welcome to our spacious 130sqm 3-bedroom apartment in Garðabær, near Reykjavik. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a short 12-15min drive to the city center. Just a 2min stroll from two playgrounds, our apartment is family-friendly. Immerse in Heiðmörk Nature Reserve's nature - stunning trails, lava formations and caves. Work in the dedicated office area. Dining options are abundant, with coffee shop DÆINN, convenience store Krambúðin, and grocery stores Costco and Bónus within a 10min walk.

In the Big Room, renovated in 2025, there’s a bed of 200x180cm and a long sofa, for a third person. The windows, facing South and West, have “blackout curtains” to keep out the midnight sun. Öskjuhlíðin is about 6-8 minutes drive, with fantastic view from the Pearl. Lovely, quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Light breakfast included.
