With shared barbecue, pool, free parking, free Wi-Fi located in the block of LA Casa Di Lusso. 300 meters away from Kolymbia beach. Our check-in time is from 14:00 until 23:00🕚 , and if you anticipate arriving later than this, we have a keybox available for your convenience.🔑

The 35sq meters studio is on a very calm hill, surrounded by a protected area (Natura 2000) (no concrete street), about 2 km from Afantou beach. The house is located just 10m from the sea, at Stegna Beach. It has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with a couch - bed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and even a fireplace. there is also a spacious yard with 2 sunbeds so you can rest and sunbathe! it is 100m from the bus stop and the local shops and restaurants. There is also a parking space just outside the house. The city of Rhodes is 32Km away and Lindos is 19Km away, while Faliraki is 15Km.

Our property is situated 9 kilometers from the international airport Diagoras of Rhodes, near the monastery of Saint John, in terms of Kalithies village, 3 kilometer's from the popular Faliraki center, Beautiful Antony Queen's beach and Afandou Caves and golf beach. Villa is decorated of wood and stone, in a very familiar private area near the forest, surrounded by olive trees, pines and a variety of botanic bushes.
