With apartment Mara you can have both :) Lovely one-bedroom apartment is located in Perlini building dated from 1901 year. Perlini building is one of the few which remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies the important part of the Zadar history. Although the building is old lady, the apartment is completely new and modern, renovated in 2020.

Simpatičan, moderan dvosoban klimatiziran stan sa balkonom,udaljen svega 20 m od plaže i 700 m od centra grada.Nalazi se na 2.katu stambene zgrade u veoma mirnom području. Okružen zelenilom i zajedničkim dvorištem. Od glavnog autobusnog kolodvora i marketa udaljen je 300 m, od bolnice 200 m, od pošte i banke 200 m,od zračne luke Zadar-Zemunik 10 km. Stan ima svoj privatni besplatni parking prostor odmah pokraj zgrade.
