We are conveniently located 7.1 miles from Indianapolis International Airport 18 miles from downtown Indianapolis 17 miles from Indianapolis Convention Center 35 miles from Indiana University in Bloomington. Cozy three room studio just one block from the center of town. Within walking distance to the library, courthouse, museum, and several good restaurants and antique shops. Off the street parking right outside your door. Kitchen contains toaster, coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge containing bottled water. Considering our current environment, you can rest assured our studio is sanitized after each guest as well as linens and bedding. We do request that you do not bring pets.

There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

You are within walking distance to several good restaurants and the local drinking hole (The Wine Stable), Falls Park, walking trails. Located 10 minutes off I-69, and 20 minutes North of Indianapolis. Harrah’s casino is 15 minutes North on I-69. Studio has shower/bath, 1 queen bed, a full size futon, queen size blowup mattress and kitchen.

This renovated carriage house is adjacent to our 1903 Queen Anne Victorian and is a registered historical landmark of Kokomo, Indiana. The garden cottage gets it’s name by being surrounded by beautiful lush perennial gardens. Only registered guests allowed. Small, well trained, apartment dogs under 12lbs allowed.
