Public transport is a 2 min walk to the end of street if you do not have your own transport. Off street parking is available to you also. Jum Rum Place is located only 1.6km from the Kuranda village, North Queensland backing onto Jum Rum Creek Conservation Park where there are numerous species of birds, Striped possums, Suger Gliders, Pademelons with abundance of butterflies including the Ulysses and Cairns Bird Wing. The beautiful Jum Rum Creek Walking Track is close by which takes you into the Kuranda Village, only a 15 minute walk.
