This spacious suite is located at the rear lower level of the home and has a large and picturesque backyard, patio, and private driveway with free parking. This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.
