The cottage offers all the expected mod cons and luxurious touches associated from a Boutique retreat. With 2 bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangement it offers excellent family or friends orientated accommodation.

Newly refurbished spacious ground floor apartment in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.

Just a few minutes’ walk from stunning Blue Flag beaches, it is also very close to Sandbanks and Poole Harbour. The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, a 43" 4K HDR10 smart TV, a large wardrobe and a dressing table. There is a luxurious bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.
