A beautiful view from the front porch looking out to the hills. We don't have TV. Great wifi. Uvalde is 10 miles away with antiques to shop...HEB grocery store is a great place to get your groceries. Come to Farm Fresh Beef (our business) to buy your meat😊 Open Range for coffee and sweets. Concan is 20 min away with clear crystal rivers to enjoy.

Small one bedroom cabin located 15 minutes away from Uvalde on the way to Concan. in a quiet country subdivision. Comfortable interior, recently constructed with one queen bed and a futon. Exterior is a work in progress, still needs yard work done. Surrounding locations and attractions such as Garner State Park is only 25 minutes away. 1 hour drive to Mexico or the casino at Eagle Pass. A quite country place to stay while doing business or pleasure exploring the local area and river locations.

Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Nearby is a hiking trail, public swimming pool, and miniature golf. There is an outdoor fireplace and separate fire pit, horseshoe pits, corn hole boards (bean bags included), disc golf basket (discs included), and volleyball net (ball included).
